In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that business processes initiated across the assigned territories are operated in an effective and compliant manner and are in adherence to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the directors, including diary management, email correspondence, and preparing documents.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Organise and manage company records, meetings, and events to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Manage office supplies and resources, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures.
